Shipping In an attempt to provide increased value to our
customers, Halloweenmovies
provides tracking for all shipping with the following exception; USPS First-Class Mail International Large Envelope, USPS First-Class Mail International Package, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS First-Class Mail International Flat Rate Envelope.
Unfortunately tracking is not an option for this these shipping types and is
we only offer these forms as a cheaper alternative to "tracked shipping". Please understand that by choosing this method of shipping you are doing so at your own expense. Halloweenmovies will not refund any lost items unless tracking is associated with the shipment. By accepting these terms,
you agree to indemnify Halloweenmovies against any/all loss as a result of
these shipping methods.
All In stock orders made before 12pm are
typically shipped that day. Any order made after 12pm will be shipped the next
business day Monday through Friday of each week. All orders made on the weekends and Holidays will be processed the following business day.
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. All prices will be calculated during check out. At that time you can choose your preferred delivery method.
We will provide tracking and/or delivery confirmation for all United States orders. All tracking will be sent via e-mail and available in your account. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order to receive this information.
International orders will be provided tracking with EXPRESS MAIL or UPS shipping. Parcel Post or Priority mail does not offer tracking for overseas shipping. Should you require tracking, please make sure to choose the appropriate shipping option.
Local taxes will be accessed on all orders sent to customers in the state of California, other states are tax free at this time.
We do ship to PO and APO Boxes, please make sure your box can handle your order, no refunds will be given for any PO or APO boxes that cannot accommodate the package unless it is returned to us. Then a refund will be issued less shipping costs, re-stocking
and refund fees.
If you choose to pay for your
item(s) via e-check your order will process once payment has cleared. Items are
not held during this time. Should the item(s) become unavailable or "out of
stock" during the clearing period, you have the option of waiting for a re-stock
or we can refund your payment in full less any refund fees.
We are
required to ship all items to the "shipping" address listed at the time of sale.
If you require your item(s) to be left in another location or with a neighbor or
friend, you must make that request of your postal carrier/UPS driver directly.
We ship all in-stock items in the order they are received. We do not expedite shipping for birthdays/conventions/other events unless you have purchased a shipping option that will accommodate your needs. Should you wish/need to have an item arrive by a certain day or date, we encourage you to contact us first before ordering the item to ensure your item will arrive in a timely fashion. Please make sure to take note of the shipping status of the item you are ordering prior to purchase.
Payment At this time, Halloweenmovies can
accept payment via credit card, e-check, PayPal, certified check and money order
in U.S. funds only. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
To place an order using certified checks or money orders simply decide what items you want
online and place them in the shopping cart to get correct total (including tax
and shipping). Then print out cart page and mail along with payment to:

Any item that is ordered via mail is on a first come first serve basis. We do
not hold items other then pre-orders which have been paid in full.
* In order to keep fees as low as possible, in January 2011 we are switching
over all online payments to credit card only through authorize.net and will
discontinue using PayPal's services.
Pre-orders When pre-ordering an item at, Halloweenmovies the item you purchase will ship separately from all in-stock items and shipping will be adjusted to cover the extra cost. If your order qualifies for FREE shipping, then all items will ship at the same time when they are in stock. If you require items to arrive sooner, make sure to remove any/all pre-order items (that qualify for FREE shipping) from your cart.
All credit card transactions will be charged at the time of purchase and the funds will be held until the item arrives in stock and has been prepared for shipping.Â
