Returns & Exchanges:
Halloweenmovies guarantees all products we sell to be free from defects of
workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any
defective item you wish to return. We want to ensure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase from Halloweenmovies.com. You many return
unwashed/unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days after delivery for a full
refund less shipping and applicable taxes Any defects should be clearly
explained in an accompanying return form - please do not mark defects on the
item.
Limitations Include;
All discounted/limited edition items, Halloween Masks are final sale. Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturer's defect.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Opened DVD/Blu Ray packages.
All returns/refunds must be approved first and will only be accepted with a completed return/exchange form. Do not ship/return item(s) without contacting us first. Please send all return/exchange inquires to returns@halloweenmovies.com

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment made within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed in your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us. Using the original packaging if possible, pack and enclose a completed return/exchange form. It is recommended that you ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept COD. If you are exchanging an item you will be responsible for
all shipping charges. Refunds:
In most cases we will refund all purchases in full less any applicable shipping
charges at the buyers request and only upon receiving the (approved) returned
item. We can also offer a store credit on future purchases at the buyers
request. Paypal and various credit card authorization companies charge a
small fee to refund a transaction, so make sure you that you read each products
description, availability and Halloweenmovies shipping terms of service in full
prior to making a purchase in order to qualify for a full refund.
Halloweenmovies will not be held liable for any fees that are associated with
credit card/Paypal refund transactions that are not a result of manufacturer
defect or sending the wrong item. Halloweenmovies will refund all gift
certificates amounts in full, less any purchases that were made from that card

The following instances are not eligible for a
full refund;
Pre-orders:When purchasing a pre-order item expecting it to ship the same
day. Make sure to read each product(s) description carefully prior to purchase, as each item has estimated shipping times noted.
We can only issue a full refund less a .30 transactions fee which is charged by our
credit card authorization company and PayPal.
Rush items for birthdays/events without rush shipping: If you require an item to arrive for an event, please contact us first to ensure it will arrive in time. We will not issue a full refund for any item that has shipped or in the process of shipping where rush shipping when not specified at checkout. Halloween masks: - All sales
are final, there are no refunds or returns accepted that are not a result of
manufacturer defect.
